He has produced over 400 CCIE's, and is highly experienced in spotting students strengths and weaknesses in the areas tested in the Lab Exam.

Harith is an exceptionally talented engineer with over 20 years experience in the networking industry. He is one of the very few who have achieved the "Quadruple CCIE" status in the world.

Ravi has a wide range of past experience including Banyan Vines®, Novell®, Cisco® Routers and Switches, Bay Routers, IBM® Routers, Cascade Frame Relay Switches, ATM, Cisco® and NetSpeed DSLAM technology (ADSL and DSL), and most recently SONET and Optical Networking.
